★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at this location for about 6 months now. They have a good selection of products and helpful staff.
Unfortunately today I had an unpleasant experience while shopping there. I pulled in to place my curb-side pickup order which I have done many times before. I asked the woman on the phone for the antioxidant sticks in the orange package beside the dental sticks. She asked if I knew the brand name and I unfortunately did not as I am accustomed to simply walking around the store and knowing what I need but I could explain to her exactly where they were etc. She informed me that she was busy and unable to go look and that I needed the brand name to place the order. I told her one second while I quickly googled it, she said she didn’t have time for that and I needed to call back. By the time she had responded with that I had the brand name. She was rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help. There were currently no other customers waiting or at the store and it would have taken 10 seconds to walk down the aisle to check which one it was (which needed to happen anyways as the order was being put together).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were so friendly. Got to bring my dog in who isn't very socialize especially with covid. They helped my dog even with him being an aggressive dog. They helped us with what we could do to help him. Very kind and welcoming. Super helpful and would highly recommend the store. The staff went above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Pet Value to get a free box of kitty litter for a struggling friend. Staff was very helpful. Item was something thru a consumers group where I got refunded so it had to be specific. A good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must say I’m extremely impressed with the selection of products here. I went in today to buy a few things to put in a new terrarium. They have a a whole section dedicated to reptiles. From rocks, lights, bedding, food they have so many choices. The staff were helpful and friendly too. I will definitely be back here to purchase more items in the future. Near the back they have baby chameleons in a terrarium that are really cute!
