I had just learned of their store within the past month and thought I would go and have a look and see what they have to offer. I ended up having a pleasant conversation learning a bit more about them and purchasing something for my aquarium! I plan on going again today because I know they have a sale on the dog food that I normally purchase elsewhere.

Both the staff, young lady and man were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot of new information and came out with some amazing new products to make my frogs home more bio friendly. You have earned a new customer. 100 % satisfied

The Bug Guys is a mobile service where they can bring "critters" to you! Want to hang out with a snake or some big bugs or a lizard? They can help you out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE Stuart and Desiree! They have ALWAYS been so lovely for getting my unique reptile needs, such lovely people that always have my back! This is NO ordinary pet store! So unique and always so exciting to visit, I love stopping by, SO glad the Okanagan finally has what was always needed, an essential reptile store! (don't worry your essential dog/cat/farm animal needs are there too!)
