★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. I've bought tons from them over the years for my automotive projects. Recently I had to order some Vibrant Performance piping, which from any online retailer would have taken 1 to 2 weeks. Some local 'specialist' shops were claiming approximately 1 week as well. Lordco overnighted it. No extra cost. They have access to a ton of brands and their prices are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is really my favorite, always very accommodating and friendly especially Teresa. She is the only one I know by name. Don't get me wrong others are good too, Kelowna on Dilworth, Tony is my go too. Thanks for all your great service guys and gal. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to have a local place. Super convenient. They can get what you need if they don't have it in stock. But with the extra cost here, you can drive to Vancouver or Calgary and back to get it cheaper and still save money. They might match a reasonable price. Their viair compressor and tank system was $750 compared to $500 elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place and good people. Have order multiple times though and they dont bring in the item like they say they will.... Very frustrating to have to order two or three times for something to actually show up in the store. Sometimes better off driving to kelowna at times.

Will be my go-to Lordco from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the excellent customer service Andy gave me today as a local dealership over tightened my lug nuts causing one to sheer off when doing a tire change over. The dealership would not cover the damage. Andy helped me with the item codes and where to locate. Thank you!
