Zack's friendly, patient and knowledgeable demeanour really made it a pleasant and successful experience! He answered our every question and was quick to respond to our e-mails when we were narrowing down which canopy to order. Thank you so much, Zack! We know this canopy will be beautiful and useful on our truck and will arrive just in time for the camping season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very often that I am so thoroughly impressed by a company that I write a glowing review. These folks definitely deserve one. I phoned all over the valley to get best price on a bedliner. They beat everybody by about $60. They installed it for me no charge. I noticed they carry high quality seat covers, so I ordered a set. They installed them for me no charge, on a bitterly cold day. Took about 3/4 hour. Special mention should go to Cassidy. You rock, girl! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager at the Kelowna shop ensures the job is done right and the customer is happy. I had a slight problem with an install they did and he dropped everything to get it fixed asap. I would definitely recommend this shop. Tarl, the GM is a get-it-done-right guy with great customer service skills.

They will definitely help you out and get the job done well. Helped me order the canopy I was looking for and did a professional installation that exceeded my expectations. (3M on the tailgate to protect my paint and silicone to prevent dust/moisture entry as Toyota Tacoma's have a slight gap between the box sides and the front of box).
They also have a decent selection of Canopies on ground and if they do not have what you are needing they can custom build what you want and it is done local within the Okanagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for a new canopy last year. I shopped all around and learned that Canopy West is a locally owned and operated company. As such I opted to support them as a local business owner. I purchased a canopy west canopy for my new Tacoma. A few months later I realized the canopy was rubbing all the paint off of my back tailgate and both back quarter panels. I went back to the Kelowna outlet. They took a quick look and very quickly determined that this was the result of a bad install on their part. They quickly repaired and reset the canopy. I asked about the paint damage to my vehicle. They asked me to get a quote and submit it which I did. At this point radio silence… I sent several follow-up emails. I did receive a response at one point stating that they would get back to me and I have never heard from them since. I offered to get other quotes, no response. After about three months I informed that if I didn’t hear from them I would proceed with a small claims action, nothing. Extremely poor after sales service! Would not recommend this company, very disappointing experience!
