★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible time Getting my Skid Steer up and going at 3am in the morning, Even though he's not a Skid steer Mechanic he walked me through a repair process over the phone with kindness so I could get back to work. He was exceedingly kind. All other things aside thats the best quality a human can have. He even did a follow up call a few hours later to make sure everything was still working.
