We have found all of the staff to be knowledgeable, honest and professional. After shopping several RV dealers we purchased our 1st motorhome from Enterprise and are now in the process of upgrading to a larger one from them also. Both Sales and Service have preformed 5+ stars.

I just moved to Kelowna and needed some help getting an old broken box awning removed from my Roadtrek camper van. After speaking with the guys at Enterprise RV, I brought the van in and they took no time to get the awning off. This is the kind of business I will return to again and again. They have a great selection of products, and their customer service is some of the best I've seen in Canada!

Lost the keys to our Slumber Queen Camper that has 4 keyed storage containers, 2 different keys. The service manager went out of his way to try all sorts of keys and found 1 of the 2 we needed. Gave it to us for free!!! Changed our mood from anxiety to happiness instantly. Thank you so much! Please give them your business if you are in the area!

I hired Enterprise RV 3x's to fix 4 issues on my Motor home. The first problem was the Jacks not working properly, including an issue that my jacks always say "EXTREME SLOPE" even when on flat ground and no slope at all. They said they fixed the jacks, but the next time I tried them, they malfunctioned and twisted the coach, cracking the windshield. I took the motor home back to them two more times to re-fix their "NON" fixes and on one occasion, their tech even confirmed in writing that the reason the glass cracked was the coach twisted and the coach twisted because they didn't fix the jacks. Darrin then told me that to get the Jack's to work properly, I had to run the generator, which I tried and that still didn't work. When I took the RV to another dealership to fix the jacks, their tech showed me that the connections for the jack controls were very dirty and corroded. He suspected this was this issue so I cleaned up the connections and as soon NO MORE ISSUES! Darrin Grams refused to pay for a new windshield and tried to convince me to put a claim through my insurance! Darren claims I did not declare the repairs at the border because I had the work done in the USA... HOW DOES HE KNOW THIS? HE WAS NOT THERE WHEN I CROSSED THE BORDER AND THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE, but I suspect that again, his state of mind is such that he assumes all people act in a manner that he does. Darrin also told me my Aquahot was a poor system and they could not make it work better and further, that Aquahot was a terrible company to try to deal with. The new rv shop I took the RV to found that one of the circulation pumps was not working at all and in my discussions with Aquahot, they told me that I also needed a wiring harness replaced and sent me one for FREE. Once these two things were done, we had no more issues with the Aquahot. Darrin also tried to convince me that I had to buy all new coach batteries because my batteries wouldn't hold a charge over 24 hours, even thought the batteries were less than 2 years old and faithfully maintained and always topped up. When I got the coach back from them, I found out that when they were working on the Aquahot, they turned on the basement furnace, so this was running full time when the coach wasn't plugged in at their shop, which was draining the batteries. The last issue they were supposed to fix was that the rear back up camera would start to act up after a long day of driving and eventually stop driving. They told me there was nothing wrong with the camera, but the new shop I went to went to found out that there was an electronic malfunction and replaced the camera under warranty. Beware of Darrin Grams - he is a soft spoken, smooth talking "salesman" that lures you into a false sense of security, trust, and comfort. Read his response to my review because he twists the truth to try to make them look good on paper. He says I had ten issues that needing repairs, but I brought the coach to them 3 times to fix the same three issues and had to then take the coach elsewhere to get these issues resolved, so I ended up paying Enterprise to do the work THREE TIMES that was not done properly as well as pay another dealership to do the work properly, plus I had to buy a new windshield because they glued in the windshield when they originally installed it and then by failing to fix the jacks, the coach twisted and cracked the windshield. Darrin says that they did not know the history of the coach and this is part of their problem. WHAT BUNK. You don't need to know the history of a coach to know how to fix these things properly. The new dealership I took the motor home to didn't know the history of the coach either, but they were able to fix the problems the first time. Incidentally, I have been able to find MULTIPLE customers of Enterprise RV that have told me that they had similar or worse issues with this dealership and with Darrin Grams and they will be appearing as witnesses in court as I take legal action against Enterprise RV for damages and costs.

Norm, Ed and the service department are amazing. My coach is 18 yrs old and they are very knowledgeable on every aspect of it. With the amount of wiring in these units, it's awesome to have such good mechanics to track the little issues.

We recently purchased a motorhome from Enterprise and our experience with Darin and the rest of the staff has been nothing short of superb. Everybody we dealt with was friendly and helpful all along the way. Darin was very straightforward and clear in doing the deal with us, a breath of fresh air. Our unit was used and, when we came to view it and ultimately buy it, it was obvious they had gone through it thoroughly and had it looking virtually like new. When we pointed out a couple of smaller issues we wanted addressed, they immediately took care of those too. No argument or reasons given why we can’t do that. For instance, the toilet flush handle had a slight catch so rather than trying to make it work, they installed a whole new upgraded toilet which works beautifully at no charge to us. Given our past experience, this kind of service is not the norm. We highly recommend Enterprise and hope we can do further business with them in the future even though we do not live in Kelowna. Thanks so much to everyone there. Paul and Gail Chamberlain Abbotsford

Quick work, timely estimates and communication. I let the crew know I was a new, inexperienced trailer owner and they treated me with just as much respect as if I'd been driving one for years. This can be a problem with mechanic or repair shops at times, and I felt totally confident and well listened to by the team. There were a few minor issues outside of my request (brakes) which the crew informed me of before sign off. I will be back, though hopefully not for a while, with any other work that needs to get done.

We bought our first ever Class C RV (used) from Enterprise RV in Kelowna.. Darrin and his staff were awesome and made our experience way above our expectations. Since this was our first purchase of a Class C and we are very inexperienced campers we were nervous. Darrin invited us to stay over for two nights on site so we could get use to the unit and learn every detail on how to operate it. He did an excellent job answering all of our questions and we left very comfortable with our new toy. Pricing was very good and there was no pressure to up sell on any additional products. However, we did have them install two hitch on our car at a very reasonable price. Overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase an RV, especially a first time buyer!!
