★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supplied all of our windows for our new home in Kelowna. Everything went well with order and installation. Problem is with customer service after install. We discovered seven of our widows had debris between the pains. The agreed to replace. We have been waiting for over 12 months. Next issue is we asked them to provide a price to replace a window with a screen window. Took two months for them to visit home to measure for quote. On several occasion they confirmed they would be there and did not show. Finally did show, we have been waiting for one month, still no quote.
