We called Trevor and he came the same day to inspect. He repaired what he could and came back a few days later with supplies to finish the job. Very responsive and reasonable!!

We had our 30-year-old tar and gravel roof replaced with a self-adhesive product, which turned out great. There were challenges with getting the existing roof removed, but they spent the extra time to get the job done right and still came in at the quoted price. We were very happy with the service and value we received and would highly recommend the TI Roof Rescue team!

This attitude only amplified when he came to give me a quote, he was extremely honest and made sure we understood exactly what going to be needed. Trevor was also very upfront about the timeline when he could get this done and was amazing in keeping in touch and updating us on the schedule. Trevor was able to work us in between jobs, something other company's wouldn't give us the time of day to consider. When we were able to get this done Trevor gave us plenty of warning of what he needed from us the day of installation and the timeline he expected to get this done by. The day of the installation couldn't of gone smoother Trevor and his crew were beyond polite, friendly and clean. Trevor and his crew took several pictures of the entire process to allow us to have peace of mind of what was actually being done. His crew communicated immediately when they ran into an issue of some wood rot along the edge and gave us a detailed explanation of how they were going to fix this. The entire process was incredible, and the end result showed true workmanship and perfection that is hard to find. Trevor and his crew offer an extremely professional, friendly, competitive and quality experience. To top it off all work is covered by a 10 year labour warranty and you can rest assured that the crew is covered by WCB unlike other "fly by" crews which could leave me as a home owner at risk. I am excited to have his crew back for another project come spring and will recommend Trevor any day.

Trevor and his crew have an incredibly honest approach with an expert attention to detail. TI Roof rescue was comprehensive and competitive in their proposal, but it was our research into this great company that was even more impressive. Our neighbours told us that Trent and Brock at TI Roof Rescue are the hardest working crew and they consistently mentined their consideration and care of their properties. The crew at Roof Rescue went above and beyond at our project on numerous occastions, yet by the time they had finished, everything was cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they had been there. Trevor was incredible as he was able to get our job done earlier than expected when we found out that our new house had multiple holes in the roof. My neighbours are constantly raving about how amazing our place looks thanks to the fantastic new roof, and they are all jealous that they didn't book sooner with TI Roof Rescue. The roof and metal flashing looks amazing and our new home no longer has any of the potential entry points for pests thanks to their extremely comprehensive work and amazing warranty. I cannot tell you how happy I am that this project is completed ahead of schedule and with the degree of precision that was utilized. To my surprise, they were able to provide a quote and replace a strip of missing roof shingles on the roof of my home on the very same day. We were provided a very reasonable rate for their labour and supplies. They also provided photos of the work that was done and even fixed up our soffits, temporarily, since they "aren't soffit experts". I greatly appreciated that they took extra time out of their busy day to assess and temporatily fix damage to my soffits. I would highly recommend TI Roof Rescue if you are in need of any roof repairs and I would utilize them again if ever we require future work on our home. Trevor and his team were pleasant, personable, and professional.

The owner Trevor, and his crew are extremely professional, very trustworthy and provide excellent workmanship. The quote Trevor provided was on par with other quotes, but with better services and higher quality products. Trevor was able to fit my roof replacement into their busy schedule and did not take shortcuts or reduce service levels to get it done. They were on time and provided regular updates while on the job regarding repair requirements and updating other deficient items to ensure my new roof exceeded my requirements. Clean up was excellent, service was excellent, quality was excellent and my interactions with Trevor were extremely easy, friendly and left me feeling very comfortable with my decision to use his company. Book with Trevor well in advance and you will not be disappointed!
