I called britech and their technician, Jeremy, had the problem located and repaired in just a few hours. Jeremy and the staff I spoke to on the phone were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Great customer service! I will definitely use you guys for all my future furnace needs. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Britech HVAC services to maintain our Furnace and Air Conditioner for over 12 years and we have always been completely satisfied with the service they have provided. The technicians are well informed and very professional as they go about their jobs in a pleasant, friendly way. This year we had our fireplace serviced in addition to the furnace and air conditioner and the work was once again very thorough and well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found them as a Home Depot approved contractor. The Britech team were professional and exceeded all my expectations. Replaced my AC and installed a new hot water tank. They had the best price, best warranty, and my 2 installers showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and finished the job same day. No issues. From initial quote, appointment reminders, on the job work, and follow up - it was a great experience. I will use them again. Trane AC very quiet and efficient!!

The installer, Adam, worked steadily and thoroughly to ensure everything was well done. At the end, all was cleaned up and the system and controls were clearly explained.

The 2 fellows that came were professional, always kept me up to date with what they were doing, walked me through everything when it came to the controls and cleaned up so well you would never have known they were there in the first place. Having AC installed has been something we had been researching about for years and we couldn’t have picked a better company. We’re SO HAPPY!

When it came to the install the team was punctual, professional and very polite. They did a great job with the install and we’re very happy with the new furnace and hot water heater. Highly recommend.
