We had an emergency, and they came within two hours, and reset the furnace and figured out the problem. Very efficient and fair. They also installed all the food is cooking for my renovation and it seems to be holding up well.

EDIT TO RESPOND TO JEFF: Too long didn't read version is that what he's stating below isn't what happened at all with our unit, you just were grossly over-priced and wanted to order a part to fix the unit on a whim that it might work. If you had read the full post Jeff you would have realized that we did get the unit fixed by Kimco (if you're reading this, check them out). Also, each time you blamed it on our unit being a very bizarre model that you didn't know how to deal with. Kimco said the exact same thing, but instead it took two days (compared to a month with a 'fix' that might have worked), they didn't have to order any parts, was a fraction of the cost, and quite literally took the guy a few seconds after he put in a smidgeon of effort to find the proper manual for our 'bizarre unit'. There was swearing involved, absolutely, and I apologize for that full stop. Dealing with your company was the most aggravating experience we've dealt with after me having worked in the service industry for 5+ years, but that's not an excuse for that behaviour. However, we were absolutely correct in getting involved with another company because there seems to be ethical issues at inland comfort that I'm sure are helping your business survive. You looked at our unit multiple times for the most recent procedure, and privy to that had been in years previous charging us for your service, throwing technical jargon at us without any sort of explanation as to why we were paying you so much money (only to have the unit never have a permanent fix anyway, but I'm sure that's just the unit being a 'bizarre model'). We weren't wanting a service for free, we were just blatantly wanting an ethical, fair service that you couldn't provide. Kimco could, fraction of the price and time spent. I hope you find the straight and narrow path in your business dealings so that you don't have to rationalize the way you're treating your customers for the rest of your career. --------------------------------------------------------------------- REVIEW: We've been on the phone with these guys numerous times, they've been in our place a few times, we're $1000 deep and we are sitting here with an unfixed unit. We were told about a discount, then got in contact with the boss Jeff who told us we would not be receiving a discount. We contacted customer service numerous times over the past two weeks as we were told a part was coming in for our unit that was required to fix it, turns out the part was never ordered from the supplier. Jeff said it wasn't their fault, and still denied us any discount despite them having to work to fix our unit multiple times. We weren't told this by customer service, and we also had told them each time we called to call us back, and they never did, we left a message at one point on a weekend and said to call us back, and they never did. At the end of it all, Jeff said to go and yell at the supplier of the part (verbatim), and to consult another HVAC company as he was done with trying to fix our unit. He hung up on us 3 times, never offered any discount or apology for the past behaviours, or further compensation. Now we're out $1000, told we're S.O.L, and to work with another company to deal with the process of fixing our A/C unit, but at least Jeff has our money. There are other HVAC companies in Kelowna, give them a try instead. Contact your Strata, they'll have other options. What took Inland Comfort to not fix in 1 month took the other company 2-3 days to fix.

Our organization has been working with Jeff and Al for almost 20 years and have nothing but great things to say about their service. We find them to be professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly very conscientious. We have trusted them with all our HVAC needs for our property in Kelowna and they have ALWAYS looked out for our best interest. Their response time is amazing (challenging at times because everyone seems to be in a crisis all at the same time) but they still manage to take care of things without blowing the bank. They have NEVER tried to sell us anything that wouldn’t benefit us as the client. Keep up the great work guys. Tony

0/5. Very poor service - Owner and manager Jeff has been incredibly unprofessional. Inland Comfort came to my home 5 times over the course of 1 year, "diagnosed" and replaced parts costing myself well over the amount they assured as a maximum, all the while not fixing the problem and leaving me with a nonfunctional air conditioner for the better part of 1 year. In my last encounter, I was promised a discounted service for my inconveniences, which was later denied by the owner, Jeff. Jeff hung up on me 4 times during my last conversation with him, and refused to send me any report of what they have "fixed" over the past year. If you're looking for a company that will overcharge for lack of service, provide terrible customer support, and a manager who will hang up on you while you are trying to ask questions, this is the service provider for you. On another note, they have one excellent young repairman and an excellent office lady who attempted to provide great service despite a horrendous boss/owner.

We had issues with our air conditioning for years. Different air conditioning company came and none of them were able to find a suitable solution as it appears they didn't really understand the system. One company even suggested to change the whole system and quoted for over 60000 dollars (yes sixty thousand). Inland Comfort sent their engineer who understood right away our system and the issue. They totally fixed it, for a small fraction of the price the other ones were asking. Very professional, fast, knowledgeable and nice!!!

Inland Comfort has been fantastic to deal with for years. They have handled everything from quarterly maintenance on our HVAC units to complete unit replacements and ducting changes. They have always been swift to return our emails and phone calls to address matters. Additionally, our tenants have found their technicians professional and courteous while on site. I couldn't say anything better about this company and its nice to know that there are still contractors that need minimal supervision to get the job done right the first time!

Our air conditioner conked out during a heat wave, so you know they are swamped, but they still were able to send a technician out the next morning who quickly identified the problem, replaced the defective part, and had our air conditioner up and running again. Pleasant, prompt, professional service!
