I am long overdue sitting down to write this review. Lance, Jade and the team at Hybrid Elevator are amazing to work with. The service and product they deliver truly is life changing. I have family members with accessibility and mobility issues and because of Hybrid Elevators our new home is accessible for all to enjoy with total independence. Not only is our elevator functional it is absolutely beautiful! (If I do say so myself?)...Elevators in a residential application have often been thought of as a luxury. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Our elevator has made our home functional for all and it gives us a sense of satisfaction knowing we may remain in our forever home as we age. April 27, 2021 We have been using our Hybrid Elevator for almost 2 months & have been meaning to write a review. As you may have noticed we have given a 5 star rating. I would love to mention all of the names of everyone who was involved but there are others who are constructing these elevators behind the scenes who would not get their dues. Everyone that we had contact with was professional, helpful & treated us with respect & importance. The elevator was installed within 2 weeks with no inconvenience to us & it was put inside our home. DCR Contracting had the hoistway, which includes all of the outside walls, doors, dry walling & painting, done within 5 days & completed it at the end with the finishing touches. We barely knew he was here other than that he was there to answer many questions with a professional, knowledgeable & kind manner. He protected everything from the dust, cleaned up every day & the finished job was spectacular. Ours was a difficult installation as we had half floors with a total of 3 stops. It looks beautiful & works quietly & effortlessly. We keep asking ourselves why we waited so long. I could go on & on about Hybrid’s & DCR’s workmanship, design of the elevator, how little impact it has on our home other than the ease it is to get from floor to floor & the beauty the elevator has added to our lives (both physically & mentally). Everyone that comes over gives overwhelming praise to the construction & efficiency of the elevator & hoistway. We are getting older & mobility is getting a bit harder but now with our new elevator we can stay in our home & our neighbourhood. Sandy M

Jade, Val and the entire installation team did an incredible job installing our residential elevator. In the midst of highways closures blocking their crews and Christmas coming, they were able to get the installation done in our house in time for our daughter to use it during the holidays. No longer does our daughter need to rely on others for her to travel from floor to floor. The team was efficient, pleasant and delivered excellent service. We highly recommend Hybird Elevator! We had Hybrid install a residential elevator in a home we have just had built. The elevator works great and has been a real bonus during the move-in process, and for certain will be a worthwhile investment over time. We have spoken to other people that have installed other systems and it reinforces that Hybrid elevators are top notch, don't require a high amp power service and they are a great value.
