M	Mark Schlitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time using this business, however the original upholsterer is no longer there or sick as the current older upholsterer stated. We dropped off a chair for upholstering in Mar 2019 and were told it would be a few weeks as the other guy is sick and he is there by himself. I understand he is busy and cannot keep up with everyone however he kept telling us it would be done by a certain date and it never was. Finally today, June 6, 2019 we went to go get the chair as he stated it would be complete last Friday (May 31) we got there and needless to say not done. (3 months later!!) He stated it would be another 2 weeks at least, finally we said forget it and took it somewhere else. We were not in a rush for this chair but were annoyed he kept making empty promises. If it's not going to be done, don't say it will be!! On top of this, be sure to get a written quote if you decide to go to this war zone, (you can barely walk in there as everything is piled to the ceiling) but again be sure to get a written quote as he changed the price on us during 2 of our scheduled pickups. Thumbs down here, unfortunately there is a minimum of 1 star rating, it's not even worth that. Take your business where people actually let their yes mean yes.
P	Patricia Giles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and asked for an estimate. Sent pictures. That was 4 days ago. Still waiting. Now the cost of the damages has to come out of my pocket. If you are planning a project in Kelowna next summer start getting estimates now. If you are lucky you just might get one by spring. Apparently the businesses here only cater to the wealthy. How do they know I'm not? I get better service and response from small businesses in Kelowna. Will continue to use them.
j	john broschak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Daniel & Staff recover 3 lounge chairs & ottomans for us as well as replacing some foam cushions and adding bolsters to the chairs. The end result was fantastic! Pricing was reasonable--we also saved money by choosing an in-store fabric, wait time was very short, and quality of work was superior. We were delighted with the results. Thanks again guys! Linda & John Broschak
L	Leanne Carol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT recommend. Took in a kitchen stool to have new upholstery put on the back and seat. They said it would only take a few weeks. I waited and waited for a call to let me know it was done. I followed up twice after a few months and was told both times it would be done by the end of the week. I asked to have someone call me when it was ready and never heard from them. Finally just went in to pick it up and take somewhere else but magically it was done (4 months later). Took pieces home to put back on the base and the holes didn’t line up and the design that was discussed (no tacks) wasn’t done. Not only did they place the tacks again on the back piece but they added them to the seat portion as well which didn’t have any to begin with. I couldn’t imagine taking a big project there. If they can’t handle a simple stool in a timely manner OR finishing it how the client wants. Does not warrant even a single star but zero isn’t an option.
