They went above and beyond to not only trouble shoot the issue, but to do small things to prevent the same issue happening again, something the other company that looked at the furnace did not do. I found their technician to be very proficient with his trade, and the company to offer great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark was extremely helpful when I needed assistance resetting the system settings on a Peco Thermostat the other day.
He emailed me a copy of the setup manual which had long been misplaced on our end, and summarized the instructions in 3 easy steps. Our System was only displaying Heat and Off Modes, but Cool and Auto were nowhere to be found! Took maybe 1 minute after that to get the AC back online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were experiencing water hammer like noises for weeks in the pipes through multiple units of my condo building. Investigation through alternative companies was done on several occasions with no resolve.
Dennis from Kimco was called and had identified potential problems the same day. After a few adjustments and repairs the noise is gone. I want to thank Dennis for his professionalism, communication and quickness in fixing this, he really went above and beyond!
