★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NEVER BEFORE had a plumber who is as professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working as Jim H, a plumber in Kelowna working for this company. He did the main job amazingly well and was very thorough. He also really went above and beyond after that, by offering to fix my toilet seat (Which *I* removed and tinkered with earlier, not removed by him), and when the screws I had bought didn't fit, he drilled wider holes in the seat fasteners to allow them to work, and the seat is now tightly fastened!
He also found the source of the blockage in the pipe below almost immediately, and ensured excellent drainage before reattaching the fixture.
Thank you so much Jim H for a job exceedingly well done! I would recommend Jim and First Klass Mechanical in general to anyone requiring their services; I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name says it all. I had First Klass install a new furnace and A/C unit in my home. Jackson and Inder did a fantastic job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything and cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend First Klass Mechanical and will definitely use them in the future for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Jackson was quick to respond, incredibly personable and clearly very experienced as he was able to troubleshoot the issue and had the heat back on very quickly! Best of all, he had my financial interest in mind while conducting the repairs. 100% will be calling these guys back should the need arise again.
