I got a few quotes and Rood Doctor was competitive in their pricing, able to work within our schedule and timing and were very informative. I don’t know much about construction or roofing but Simon from roof doctor was great at explaining the materials, process and outcome we could expect. The house sold in 2 days with a clear inspection in part because of the new roof shingles and torch on that was completed by Roof Doctor.

He had great ideas for improved venting which has been troublesome for us since the house was built 17 years ago. The workers arrived when they said they would, and stayed with our job daily until it was finished. Their roofer, Doc, did an excellent job. There was no loud music or interference with our daily living beyond the necessary roofing noise. All employees were polite and professional, and didn't mind all of our questions. They charged exactly what was quoted. Even though this company was a bit more expensive, we were happy to have them do the job because it's the fifth roof we've had done on houses and they were the best.

Howard contacted us and showed up promptly to assess our needs and actually offered a couple of alternatives for our consideration. We received a timely competitive detailed estimate. Once we approved the estimate the work was scheduled and the installation work was coordinated very quickly. The installers showed up when they said they would, they did very good work, very polite and friendly, respectful of our property and our neighbour's, worked safely and cleaned up efficiently. Howard personally stopped in several times to check on progress of the work. We are very happy with the shingling and aluminum soffits work completed by Roof Doctor. Trust us, Roof Doctor are in a field of their own compared to some other Kelowna Roofing outfits. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation. Do yourself a favour, give them a call and see how they may be able to help you with your roofing needs, you will be glad you did.

They did not charge me and were professional. I would recommend them anytime. Note they had to come from Kelowna to Penticton.

Roof Doctor took the time to work safely and diligently and at times although they tried to beat Mother Nature they themselves had to wait out the storm with us. They were professional, tidy, committed, and provided excellent follow up. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I have seen them quickly complete a job when weather allows, and carefully complete a job when it doesn’t. Our roof is great. Thanks guys.

They obviously take pride in their work & attention to the small details. Also did a great job of cleaning up the site over the time that they were here. They responded immediately and completed the job so our roof was protected . Called again a year later for a vent to be installed on roof. The following day the serviceman was on our doorstep to complete the job. Both times we called on the company they were professional, had excellent customer service and response time. We will definitely call on them again when needed.
