★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!!! Ryder Roofing has a terrible reputation and anyone who works in the construction industry knows that their work cannot be trusted. They are unethical and will take advantage of you if given the opportunity...when you call to claim something under the supposed "warranty" that they give you, don't expect a call back because it's not going to happen. This is a poorly run business by people who are dishonest. I had them replace a roof and when I called & emailed them to ask some questions about the methods they used, the number of roof vents required according to code, etc, they never returned my calls or emails, even after leaving numerous messages. If you do business with them, you'll surely regret it. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau website and you'll see that their rating has been revoked because of their poor business practices.

It is pretty stressful to have to deal with a leaky roof especially when you didn't have a trusted roofing contact and are relying of BBB ratings and other bits of information to select someone for a potentially very expensive repair.
We called Ryder Roofing for help and everything seemed great at first. The staff that visited the house were very nice and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. Unfortunately, they were not able to sort out the issue after several visits. This led us to speak to the owner. Over two five minute conversations in which I tried to ask about potential next steps or get a referral for another company, he yelled and cursed at me, and finally told me the leaking was my ****ing problem and hung up. Pan camera to me with my mouth hanging open. Oh yeah. That happened. Picture of professionalism. Good luck to anyone that selects this company to work on their house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not sure about what company to use for my client. I had heard mixed reviews about this company but I decided to give them a try. I was not let down, they did a great job and the job was completed in the estimated time at a reasonable price!! I recommend Ryder roofing to anyone looking for an easy and efficient roofing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company took $23 504.25 as deposit from my parents for a metal roofing on Sept. 20, 2019 but as of today May 28, 2020 the owner Ryder Greg delayed and did not call us back when the job will be done and did not bother responding. Their secretary does not know where to find the owner and my parents are under duress. We are in the process of taking legal action but mean while everything is pending. Avoid at all cost this roofing company, they are fraudulent, a scam and take advantage of elderly. Do not rely on average stars rating, I am sure the good rating is given by himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been leaving numerous messages for Ryder to call me, they had replaced our entire commercial roof 3 years ago (w warranty) and apparently do not answer their messages.....also, I thought I would try their emergency number as our roof is leaking & the emergency number they give out on their answering machine is a young lady who has nothing to do with Ryder Roofing ....so NO emergency number available after all. Not impressed. Ryder's phone message says "your call is important to us", but apparently not if it is about problem w their work, ONLY if it is for new work for them.

After <4yr I have a leak, Ryder will not return any attempt I have made to contact them over the last several weeks. They state a 10 year workmanship guarantee on their contracts but are not honouring this, nor even communicating with me to find any resolution. This is unacceptable for a company to not stand by their work. I no longer recommend Ryder Roofing.
This is the first time I've had to get a roof re-shingled and Ryder was a great company to deal with. They were prompt to quote and the price with inline with other outfits. Their product (landmark shingles) was well reviewed so I was confident in the quality of the materials used. The staff were very friendly, and they worked very hard to get my roof fixed in December. I would definitely recommend Ryder Roofing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my roof reroofed in 2016 and the instalation was ok but not done the way I wanted. The roof started leaking thru the soffit mid summer 2020 and when I got home in October I called and called left messages and it was not till March when the owner came by to look at it and said they would be back to repair soon. We'll its nearing the end of June and no service and can't get a reply from my messages left. DO NOT USE this company niw my roof has rotted back one foot from the facia and has rotted the facia and the ends if the roof joists. Niw what I'm going to have to get someone else to repair my roof and bill it back to Ryder, GOOG LUCK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had good service but with other companies in Kelowna area there is a shortage of manpower and good trades people. The roofer was good and was able to tie 27 surface roof. Will be calling on them again next season for some additional work.
