★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible phone service. I called because I was looking for a part. The guy answering the phones says "Hi Coast Powertrain" I say "Hi how are you doing?" he says "Oh is this important because I have 4 lines going". Hmmmm I would think any customer looking for sales and service would be somewhat important seeing as you need them to make money and have a job. Anyhow, obviously they need to brush up on there customer service, an hour has gone by and they still haven't phoned me back, I guess my money just isn't that important to them.

They were able to repair the poor work that was previously done and had me back on the road in a few hours. I had been into the previous shop multiple times to get this repaired with no success

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Thurs, Dec 2 I called in and ordered parts for my truck.
Employee who took the order instructed me that the parts would arrive in 1-2 business days.
When challenged on the timeframe, employee confirmed it would take ONLY 1-2 business days.
"Awesome" I thought, "They must have a source outside of the supply line issues to promise such a quick turnaround."
Called in on the 2nd business day. No one bothered to answer the phone at 3pm.
Called in at 8:15 on day 3 to be greeted with the single most negative customer experience I've ever had.
I let the person know I'm checking on the status of the order and he starts giving me grief.
"Where do you live, are you even from around here?"
"Do you even know what's going on right now?"
"We're in a supply crisis, freight will come when it comes."
It's hard to feel like I'm the one being unrealistic when I'm simply following the timeframe issued by other staff. Sounds like they're having significant communication problems in house.
Sadly, this is the kind of customer experience I've come to expect from this place. It's not the first time something like this has happened to me here, but it absolutely will be the last.

Two weeks waiting on two seperate quotes and nothing. Not even a phone call.
I can't get a quote in 2 weeks, I couldn't imagine how long it would take to get actual work done here.
