★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cap-it was very professional and had a super fast turn around time. I received a same day quote for a standalone headache rack and standalone rear rack. They ordered it and it only took a week or so to get in. Dropped my truck off and showed up two hours later to everything looking shiny and sturdy. Super happy.

Had a light issue on our truck and the manufacturer had our lights back ordered. Jason was contacted and he located what we needed within hours and shipped everything quickly. The price was same as factory prices, but the service was superior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a rooftop tent here and was thrilled that they had some in stock. There was quite a bit of back and forth on the phone to secure it and get information, during which time I received really great and friendly customer service. I traveled 4 hours to pick up the tent, and was really excited because I had wanted one for such a long time. My excitement was completely deflated by the man at the store who helped me with the enthusiasm of a surly, grounded teenager. He seemed absolutely repelled by the fact that I wanted to install it in the parking lot, the horror of taking up an extra parking spot. It was a Friday, not a busy time, and it was comical how empty the parking lot was for the short amount of time I hogged an extra spot. I wanted to install it right away so I could camp in it on my long drive back. He was reluctant to let me use a hand cart even though there was one parked right where we were talking. It was just an awful purchasing experience. Maybe I am a small potatoes customer for what I was buying, but regardless, customers of any size shouldn't be treated like they are an inconvenience. I still recommend this store for the other people that helped me, but just hope you are helped by a more friendly person in store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited almost an entire year for a Leer canopy for my truck to cover my power wheelchair, only to find out after emailing manufacturer requesting more information about where it is.
It turned out the order was 'Lost' which I really doubt it was even order.
This is/was so frustrating and does bother me greatly. I cant begin to explain how many events I would of used the canopy to cover my power wheelchair when traveling including two weeks ago when I had another surgery, in which again I couldnt bring my power wheelchair but couldn’t due to the weather over the Coquihalla. Even family vacations I would of gone on but couldnt. This canopy is a vital piece of equipment for my mobility and freedom
Lesson learned make sure you great an actual Leer PO Order, and keep hounding them once it is due. If not getting anywhere contact the actual vendor for the product to confirm it was actual ordered. Their shop may do great work, but I wouldn't know, their ordering and follow up process needs to improve. Please read the comment below mine, looks like a common issue.
PS - I would show you a picture of the canopy but it still hasn't arrived yet. Fingers crossed I will actually get it before this years over and I miss more vacations/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a ZERO star rating, 1 star is to much. Just a heads up everyone, I am in Canada, so if you are in the USA this probably won't help. I tried to order a LEER 100XR CX-R BULLDOG truck canopy for my 2022 Toyota Tundra, from Cap-it here in Canada (all Calgary locations) , they wanted $6500 installed, keyless locking paired to my key fob, front removable window, roof rails, door opening side windows, ceiling carpeted. Cap-it sold the exact same one I wanted to a friend in Calgary for $4200 CAN, I sent them the quote for his unit, which was less than 2 weeks old, they said they made a mistake on his unit and mine would be $6500, that is $2400 more, Cap-it is totally out to lunch. The Same exact unit I ordered in Oregon State (no sales tax) for $3200 USD, or $4100 CAN, apples to apples, we are close to the US boarder, less than one days drive, we were planning to go to Oregon anyway. And here is the best part, I will have it in 3-4 weeks, Cap-it said 8-12 weeks (again totally out to lunch). I prefer to shop in Canada, but not get screwed badly!!!!
