The team is knowledgeable and helped to steer us in the right direction for the most suitable solution. Even when we really didn’t know what we needed. All of this equipment is expensive anywhere you go. I always do my google homework and Rack Attack is competitive on price. Give them a chance once and you won’t go anywhere else the next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, excellent knowledgeable staff. Recently forgot our key to Thule on trip to Kelowna from Calgary. They saved our skin by having a key in stock and they provided a spare part for our bike rack for a grant total of $5 bucks! Higley recommended.

From quotation to installation their customer service was exceptional.
These guys really know there product and there showroom in Kelowna is worth a look.
Numerous hitch racks are on display and fully functional for comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a 2 inch receiver installed on our Crosstrek for carrying our E bikes. Great attentive and quick service. Well worth the price for both the hitch and labour installed. I had my own Thule bike rack but have a look at the Rack Attack showroom. They carry everything one would need.

The guys are super knowledgeable and have even special ordered things in that I was looking for. I was quoted 3 weeks for my most recent purchase and it came in under 2. The manager John has been extremely helpful and makes sure to follow up with purchases, ensuring we are happy with everything. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to elevate their adventures/camping experiences! Thank you!

On the phone and in person the young guys at the front counter were professional, knowledgeable and most important very happy (it seems they enjoy their jobs). We were not oversold on products nor felt any pressure to upgrade. The job was completed as promised and as quoted. Just a great experience in a time when good customer service is very difficult to find.

The staff were knowledgeable, professional and went out of their way to ensure I got everything I needed. I am very impressed with the quality of the Yakima components and the installation done at the shop. A little pricey but quality has a cost. Looking forward to a BC summer of camping.
