Staff at this location very friendly and helpful. Was very disappointed that pick up and drop off service from hotel not available, website should be updated to reflect this so others will book from airport even though extra cost. Staff were resourceful and found a workaround for me so thank you!

Received my rental car from Enterprise Kelowna to use while my vehicle was being repaired. After driving it for an hour realized how dirty it was in the interior. Fast food under the seats, dog hair, what I think was chocolate on the seatbelt (hopefully chocolate!). Called to let them know and was instructed to come down and wait and they would clean it while I waited. I explained that with a busy schedule and 4 kids this was not really a preferable option and I requested a swap out which they agreed to. Did not get the swap out or even a phone call to follow up. Parked the dirty car until my vehicle was fixed (4 days later). Not my idea of a clean guarantee or a model of customer service I would even call close to professional. I did call to express my disappointment and was given an apology from the customer service rep however it was still frustrating to have yet again a company promise a level of service and let me down.

Booked online and received a call that they would be sold out by the time I got there to pick up my vehicle. I had a confirmation code and had my ReadyPass, but was told "sorry we are sold out, do you want to cancel your reservation." I said no and that I needed a vehicle. Never heard back from them. Had to cancel and afternoon of activities and look for other means of transportation.

We had to rent a car through ICBC due to repairs and when we arrived we were offered a car without snow tires. Due to the excessive snow we had received in the last week (and I use studded tires on my regular car) I was not comfortable driving a vehicle without. The enterprise employees made sure to go out of their way to get me a vehicle with snow tires. I had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes, but well worth the wait. The car was new and clean and did okay in the snow. On our return they were very polite and wanted to make sure that we had a good experience. Even though ICBC was a pain in the butt to get a car through (5 days without a car over a 7 day repair), the enterprise employees were great!

Awesome team!! The car was awesome! I did ask for winter tires and they delivered not like other places. I highly recommend these guys and they even drove me back home! Thanks a lot guys for your exellent service

To begin with I was given a very small , low to ground car that just did NOT work for me, it also was cleaned very poorly. I did call and they replaced the car with a much better option or me. They did listen to my concerns and did a full walk through of the new vehicle before I left. All in all the car i got in the end was great and sanitized but I feel they need more team members to focus on the cleaning as well.

Long overdue review from March 2020. Great service!! The staff were able to get me a great deal on a last minute booking. After being told that I would be driving for 4-5 hours in the snow and on the Coquihala, the staff provided me an awesome truck with snow tires. A staff member even called me to ensure that I arrived at my destination safe and sound. Highly recommend booking a car from this location!

The worst experience ever. I booked an SUV and ended up getting the smallest possible sedan car. When I asked why, the answer was we run out of car. If you don't have SUV in fleet, why do you approve the reservation online? The answer was: we don't tell what car we have. So pretty much you booked an SUV, you will receive a bike. No complaints! My way or highway! Also, the car was not cleaned at all, and had dirt, garbage, and hair. When I asked why the car was not cleaned during this unprecedented time. The answer was there is an extra wide in the car, clean it up. This is called the best customer service. I lost my confidence in rental cars, specifically enterprise.
