★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre booked a car rental at kelowna Airport on arrival they ask what kind of car i wanted
my response. Need a car to get me around visiting few properties.
I got Mazda looked ok I drove to Vernon and pulled over for coffee and to place in all the properties navigation system and set the radio
NO NAVIGATION NO RADIO SERIOUSLY
I met collegue who tried to get at least a radio all that came up on the screen no speakers after several attempts we gave up
who rents a car in this condition the guy tried to tell me I needed to specifically ask for navigation. and didn't believe me the radio was hooped as for cheap rates $70 for this type of garbage for 24hrs is ridiculous never renting hertz again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get hold of a Kelowna airport representative for the last two hours and impossible. The number posted is a call centre and again try everything possible to stop you getting a real human being including saying there will be a charge for talking to someone. Sooooo frustrated. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Fuel was not 100% full like they said it was. Car had dents and damages on it while the agreement said no damages at all. Be careful renting from Hertz Kelowna. Take lots of pictures and inspect before leaving parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel frequently and this is the worst car rental i have dealt with. i arrived at the kiosk twice in one day for assistance with no one at the reception. Other clients have waited 40mins already with no attendance and no way of contacting any form of assistance. Would definitely recommend steering away from Hertz and using the alternative options at Kelowna Airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was dirty and had a bad wobble in the front tire, when I called to try and get a replacement they told me to call back the next day. I therefore called on multiple occasions the next day and they never picked up the phone. There were also many hidden costs that made it much more expensive then what we were anticipating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... my confirmation email said pickup for 5pm... when I arrived at 5pm the Hertz representative was rude and said they needed at least 30 more minutes before the car would be ready. Once back picking up the car, I was told drop off would be at a different location than what I chose when booking the car. When I asked about the drop off procedure he told me to call a number because he did not know. When I called that number it was just the regular booking line and I had to waste 1 hour of my time trying to find out which location was actually correct to drop off the car. Very poor customer service and honestly no one has any idea what is going on. Save yourself the headache and do business with another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have a great experience with Hertz. They have the best vehicles and their pickup and drop off is easy. Clean, safe, vehicle got me to Penticton. Would highly recommend. When I picked it up, was fully tanked with gas too. Friendly and competent staff.
