★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent here! I booked a car here and discovered there are no staff and no cars! If you call all you get is someone completey unhelpful at a call centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a car online from Thrifty and the pickup address in the email was wrong. Turns out they run under HERTZ but they can not advertise it. I spent nearly an hour looking for the location on the phone with two different representatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to rent a SUV through Thrifty and upon getting to the airport realized there was no Thrifty terminal. After discovering it was actually operating as Hertz they informed me that the SUV for which I had put a deposit down was not available. They said they would reverse the card and give me a deal on a mini van (not super helpful for getting to big white.) Upon returning the vehicle the charge on my card was still not reversed. Again, they assured me this would happen and I am still waiting. Terrible staff and incompetent. AVOID!
