★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a 0/5 I would. Worst service ever. Tried to scam me out of thousands for "damages" on their car. Obviously got a lawyer who looked over everything and straight up told me they were trying to scam me. Didn't answer calls and tried to ghost the lawyer. Lawyer had to show up in person to serve them papers. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude and didn't even care that they had messed up. Worst place, worst people I have no idea how they're still in business. Avoid this place if you want to keep your sanity.

Be aware if renting a car when landing at Kelowna airport as aligo/ace car rental although advertised as at the airport they are not.
They come pick you up, take you to their booth at the Sheriton across the highway. Nothing all that bad about that but they after picking me up they then let me know they are closed sundays so if I’m returning the car that day, get a cab back to airport? Again not a big deal but when you expect one thing and don’t get it, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The trip to the airport is just long enough where you don’t want to hump your luggage, and just short enough where no cab wants the fare!
Need to be more up front with the situation so no more surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by Chris at Aligo. He was beyond friendly and accommodating - even though we arrived a full day earlier than we had booked (an error on our part - not his) he went above and beyond to get us set up and on our way.
Returning was equally as accommodating and painless.
Would highly recommend giving Aligo (and Chris) a try for your next vehicle rental in the Kelowna area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 experience with ALIGO Rent A Car. Chris was extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to help. For example, I left my airpods in the rental car and Chris drove to our hotel to return them--no questions asked. Just above and beyond customer service. For our trip, we rented the car originally for 1 day to get to Revelstoke and then return the car in Kelowna the next day. Then, it snowed 1ft+ in Revelstoke and we couldn't get out. We called Chris, explained the situation and extended our rental, no problem. Overall, the experience was beyond expectations and customer service was the best I've ever received for renting a vehicle. I'll never go to a different rental car service when returning to BC.
