B	Braeden Stanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel to stay at if you are flying out of kelowna. They have a complimentary airport shuttle and free continental breakfast. They also allowed me to come back to my room at no charge when my flight got delayed. By far one of the best hotels and staff I've come across in the last few years
O	One Tribe Vibe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked because the square footage of the room was grear and the pictures of breakfast showed pressed juice and smoothies. I even read the reviews mentioning the smoothies. My kids/family love juice n smoothies. There were no smoothies and only sugar based juices from a dispenser. We paid over $500/night for our room. When we checked in there was a note that states they only clean the rooms every 4 days but a number to text if you need anything. I did text requesting towels as there were none at the pool and we had to use our room towels and requested to have our beds made. They replied and had towels delivered but didn't touch our room. We needed our garbage emptied and requested beds to be made but I guess that's a thing of the past. Space is new but we definitely over paid for what we got or should I say, didn't get. We will not return nor book Hilton in the future.

I would definitely stay here again if we came to Kelowna, the only thing I didn't really care for was the sliding barn door for the bathrooms that doesn't lock so you don't get a ton of privacy if you're staying with others. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel
K	Kate-Lin Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through hotels.com. We were able to do an early check in which was greatly appreciated! Newer hotel with great amenities. Nice and close to Kelowna airport. We did find the air to be a bit dry in our room, but besides that no complaints.
D	Dennis Gane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For convenience to the airport, this hotel is excellent. The gym equipment and swimming pool were in very good shape. There was also a hot tub. Decorating the walls were pictures of Kelowna and area in the 'old' days. Check-in was reasonable smooth. As far as other amenities like restaurant or even a cafeteria, they don't exist. They do have a selection of items to snack on adjacent to the desk but frankly, walk across the road to the convenience store/gas bar for a better selection and more reasonable prices. If you are looking for a good meal, we used the adjacent Sheraton's Gulfstream restaurant and bar which was good. A little further away and within walking distance is a small strip mall with some fast food outlets, liquor and a grocery stores.

The room was clean, smelled good and not musty and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was really good! Waffles, juice, cereals, coffee cake etc and there was ample seating. Felt like a restaurant ? Hesam was bussing/cleaning and he was so so lovely and friendly. His energy was very positive and he helped entertain our rambunctious toddler! The pool was also wonderful ? definitely will stay again.

Was only there for a few hours so easily didn't get to experience many of the amenities but the little to go breakfast was a lifesaver for our 6am flight! Very reasonably priced, will definitely stay again when we've got those early am flights!
