l	lo yo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Kelowna for a business trip.. that was the most economic choice , and the nearest to the university.. Room was spacious, as well as the washroom.. the only downside is the kitchen, it was far from my room.. and the room lock system is a little bit confusing. Another down side is the parking availability.. as you have to park your car in a specific location they would tell you about when you check in.. Room was clean.. All in all.. good experience if you are tight on time and money..

The forms are modern, clean, well appointed and priced well. The check in staff was fantastic; friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions about the university. I would gladly recommend this to anyone and I will look into staying here again.

The campus also has practically nothing open or anything to do either. Rooms were nice and tidy and worked well for a one night stay. There was wifi which was great and plenty of outlets. The service desk was staffed with very pleasant and knowledgable individuals.
S	Steven Deleeuw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worth the value and exceeded my expectations. It literally was no different than a hotel and much cleaner and more modern than I was lead to believe. Only expect the most basic amenities like 2 towels, a bar of soap and a small coffee maker, sugar, coffee mate but without stir sticks, no T.V, for example. These basic features created an atmosphere less warm or inviting than any hotel/motel. There is public transportation but Kelowna is quite a long city and takes 18 min to drive downtown from this location. Perfect location from the Airport only taking 8 minutes by car.
S	Sisca Gunawan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the 4 bedroom apartment we stayed in. There was a kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious and clean. Wifi is available in each room. The apartment is also equipped with AC. Location wise was bit away from downtown area. However, since we have a car, location was not an issue for us. I would recommend this place and will be definitely considering to stay here again.

J	JY Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ you get what you pay for …… As they said, check in at 4 pm, so we arrived around 4:30 pm-5 pm. They told me their housekeeping was not ready, so we headed to our dinner reservation. After we came back, we were pretty tired(which wouldn't be so if we could check in around 5 pm). They gave us two keys, which I didn't know what the room would look like by then. I thought 2 keys can unlock all room.... Apparently not so, we need 4 keys.... For our situation 2 keys. 1 worked. 1 useless. So I called back ask for 4 keys. They said they will send someone right way. After half hour, I got nothing. So I called twice, nobody answer. The fourth time, I got in touch with the front desk, and they said they didn't have spare hands to deliver. Apparently I need to pick up by myself. ........ So long story in short, At midnight 11:59 pm, we finally got into our rooms. They also said they would send us reasonable explanation report about our complain for the horrible experience in 2 days. Now it has been 4business days. I heard nothing. Great experience, low price but poor organization. To be fair, their price is reasonable or say quite cheaper compared to other accommodation. Quite well bathroom design(including 3 parts) To be fully prepared, you need 4keys for 4rooms. Check all keys before you go to shower. If you need sth, don't call. Go straight to the front desk. Workers are good but lack experience.
