Vivid not only highly exceeded expectation, but delivered a very memorable experience. Their beautiful fleet of vans are very clean, comfortable and have AC!! Their tour guides are extremely welcome and caring, and will not hesitate to go out of their way to maximize anyones experience. Their selections of wineries are the best, and offered all the wineries we wanted to go to. Without a doubt Vivid Tours is the best wine tour operator, and for sure will do other tours with them. Highly highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicki was an incredible wine tour guide. She was on time, super kind, super understanding and super fun! She made sure everyone in the group was comfortable, happy and enjoying themselves. She was also super organized (I don't know how she kept everyone's purchases straight) but she did it with no problem. Everything was easy and seamless. I highly recommend a tour with Vivid and Vicki! I know I will definitely book again!
We booked the half day mystery tour and it was amazing! None of the wineries disappointed and lunch at Peak Cellars was some of the best food we have ever had! We will definitely do this tour again with Vivid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the sunset sip tour and it was fantastic. Great guide and tour. Perfect set up of a trip. We loved the wineries we went to and our dinner was fantastic. And excellent customer service! I had accidentally left a jacket at our final stop at the team went out of their way to find it and get it back to me. Will definitely be using vivid tours again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience with Vivid on our wine tour! Our guide was Matthew and he was nothing short of amazing and we are so grateful to him for making our experience memorable! If you are looking for great views, great wine & a great time, look no further.
I must also note, there was an incident at one of the winery’s and they handled the situation swiftly and professionally. They are thoughtful, kind and patient. The fact that they are following up with the winery on this issue, is beyond appreciated and speaks volumes to their integrity and passion regarding their customers experience.

He gave us great detail on the variety of tours and recommended which ones suited our tour goals. He also gave us great information on other Kelowna activities to check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Grange. He was chivalrous and kind. He took care of us like we were his own daughters. He dealt with a winery that did not treat us very well, wrote our bride a beautiful heartfelt speech, held our hands as we got out if his van and much more. We felt safe and were well tended the entire time and also acted as our personal photographer. ❤️ I can not say enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First class. Booked for a tour on a Thursday. When we arrived at the four points we discovered the booking was for Friday. Totally our mistake for not reading the confirmation. Vivid was so accommodating and able to get us on another tour that day. (Thurs). Additionally we were staying in Vernon and they dropped us off without any extra charges. Blown away at the service. The wine tour itself was fantastic. Hit up 5 wineries in Naramata Bench (my fav area). Lunch at poplar grove was yummy. Our tour guides Adam and Norm were informative, friendly and practically professional photographers. Thanks for the amazing pics guys! I highly recommend Vivid and the Naramata tour. Such a professional organization that went far above and beyond! Thanks again!
