Alan lacks sensible communication, is condescending and points fingers. As an owner, I’d expect less finger pointing and understanding when people are trying to book his services. He’s rude, unprofessional and frankly, won’t ever use this company because of Alan. This is not a fake post.

You would think that because his business is in the travel and service industry he would conduct himself more professionally. This is not a fake review or post.

Planning a joint bachelor/bachelorette in Kelowna and we needed transportation for various activities over the weekend. Inquired with him regarding a beach and/or river floating. After chatting he found out that we already had a wine tour booked with a different company and he cancelled our reservation and sent a condescending email about LOYALTY. Never once did we inquire with them about a wine tour...so unsure what his tantrum is about. Very embarrassing for him.

Lou is not only extensively knowledgeable about the wineries, vineyard varieties, growing process and history in the area, she is also so sweet and an absolute joy to have guiding you. She even went the extra mile and watched our 3.5 year old while we were doing some tastings and helped out with our 6 month old. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Can’t say enough good things. Look no further, take advantage of the great price and the gorgeous Kelowna wineries here.

But what really set it apart from other tours I’ve done was Lou (the driver). She was not only knowledgeable about the wineries and history of them but very kind and accommodating. The day was a great success because of her and I would highly recommend this tour company!
K	Korede Adeleye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheers Okanagan is your go to for airport shuttle; they are cheap compared to what you will get out there. Another company billed double their price. The service was excellent, from the moment we booked, the communication was superb as we got emails confirming our trip, receipt and reminders for our trip I think a day to go. Our connection flight was cancelled till the next day and they did not have any issue at all to move our booking. When we eventually landed hours after we were supposed to on the new flight, the beautiful lady had been waiting for us for hours in terrible cold. I was conscious to be nice to her but she was overly nice to us helping with luggages and all and not grumpy about all the inconveniences in the least bit. It was our first time in Kelowna and she was really helpful. I would say she went over and above the call of duty to ensure that we were very comfortable. There was COVID-19 restrictions and we were not to go out until our test results were out. Cheers Okanagan checked on us and ensured that we got groceries and other things that we needed in the immediate days mostly with their own money. Thanks you Cheers Okanagan, with a company like yours, one can travel anywhere and feel at home.

Lou in the office was able to was accommodate transportation to all my guests in the Kelowna and surrounding area. Allen arrived promptly at the scheduled time and kept in contact with each drop off and pick up to put my mind at ease the guests arrived to their destinations safe. the Vehicle used was more than enough room, but more importantly clean, comfortable and spacious with pleasant conversation for each drop off. the booking was quick and easy and all my questions were answered proficiently with pretty great jokes in between. Very pleasant and professional company to work with and will recommend to friends and family. I personally would use their services again for personal and business use.

He was very prompt, professional, and communicated with us leading up to the day of to inform us on any details. As a group of 7 females on a bachelorette trip, we felt safe and all had a wonderful experience with our driver Dale. Booking the trip was made simple and efficient with the team from Cheers Okanagan. Gregory and Reign were quick to reply and answer all of our questions and accommodate all of our requests. I would highly reccomend booking with Cheers Okanagan in the future as it was a seamless experience from start to finish!
