★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from mexico yesterday to a smashed passenger window and no security personal or anything except a card from an rcmp with a file number .76$ and a cold drive for an hour and a half .not a secure parking lot ,no fenceing or security anywere.now i have to pay for the repairs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee who brought my car to valet stand after I arrived for pickup was either a chain smoker, and carried the odour on him or full on smoked in my vehicle. I’m honestly enraged. My new car wreaks of cigarettes now and I can’t seem to get rid of it!!!!!! I went into the valet stand and told the girl working inside and asked for the managers number. I intend to follow up with the manager but honestly, WHY would they employ anyone who was a smoker for this particular job???? You’re inside of people’s vehicles. It’s unbelievable!!! I’m so upset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked at the "patrolled and secure" long term parking at Kelowna airport and came back to a smashed in passenger side window on our truck. Paid $76.00 to park - no reimbursement for parking fee plus we now have to pay for new window. Obviously the lot is not patrolled as the truck parked next to us had the same issue.
