S	Sam J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional drivers I've ever seen. The individual driving bus 271 down Big White Road on Family Day needs tune up in driver safety. The individual was tailgating people, who were all going speed limit (myself included,) speeding down highway 33, and cutting people off. Would not use this business/get on their busses after seeing their driver's skills.

We often have large tour groups and require a larger coach for transportation. The customer service is exceptional in the office and the with the drivers. The coaches are always clean, in great repair and our guests have the comfort of knowing that their safety is of utmost importance. Our tour guides are always commenting on how wonderful the drivers are. BlueStar is our go to company for coaches.

The seating was comfortable for long days of travel and the aircon worked well But what made this experience first class was the skills, experience, and huge smile of our driver, Tammy. This driver could turn a rough road into smooth. She was always considerate of her passengers. Tammy kept the bus in pristine condition and the windows were always clean. Very important for tourists taking photos. We look forward to traveling with Blue Star again.

Bluestar coaches are always clean and in excellent condition. Their drivers are safe, reliable, professional and helpful. Generally, drivers arrive at pick-up locations approximately 30 minutes to the scheduled departure time. Additionally, our clients appreciate that BlueStar drivers wear company uniforms, which further reinforces their overall professionalism.

My bus had Ian and we really got along great. He kept us informed on time lines, made recommendations for breakfast locations, he was very kind and considerate and helpful. I also think he genuinely enjoyed his time with us. Greg was the driver of the second bus, and he was wonderful too. In the end, he felt comfortable enough with us to share pictures of his Grand kids. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Bluestar Coachlines from beginning to end. D	DOUG JACKSON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Vancouver Venturers Walking Club trip to Penticton with walk stops in Hope & Princeton took place with smooth precision and timing. Having BlueStar Coachlines with driver John pick us up and take us on our adventure was perfect. Our organizers feel like geniuses having made the decision to have BlueStar take us on this trip. Next trip- walking Canmore/Banff in September with BlueStar looking after us again.
