m	muskan anand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelowna cabs in the worst taxi company I have ever experienced in my life. I book with them every week but they are getting worse day by day. I booked cab online and it says cab has arrived but there was no cab. called the kelowna cabs LTD. to know why is that because I was getting late from my work. On the top the dispatcher who was working in the morning on saturday May 7 was so so so rude had no way of how to talk. Asked him why was this happening. Its just I question him he had no manners to talk and hung up on me . I never post any reviews but I am forced to do it so people know how poor their service is. Never gonna go with them anymore. WORST
N	North Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used Kelowna Cabs a few times to transport my mom who is in a wheelchair. The dispatcher to date has been very friendly and helpful, also they have arrived close to the time booked and the drivers have done as expected. Will continue to use their service.

I booked a van two weeks in advance to take 4 people and ski gear to Big White. When I was at the Kelowna airport I was told in the rudest and most unprofessional way by the dispatcher that there was no van for us. We could wait for 3 hours for the next available van or fend for ourselves. Period. Never EVER use this company.
S	Sarah von Innerebner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a flat on the highway about 6km out of town. We called the taxi and got a lift with our tire into town. Came to almost $40 but the service was good, very timely pick up (within 10 minutes!) and courteous driver. Thank you

I booked (and got a confirmation) a ride for 4:30 am to the airport through Their app. After 5 minutes of the driver not showing up I called the number on their app at least 8 times and I got the same automated message saying my ride was 3 minutes away every time. After 20 minutes I was able to get another ride to the airport but it was too late and my flight had already left. Around 40 minutes after the original time, the driver who was supposed to pick me up at 4:30 called and said he was at the pick up spot. When I told him he was 40 minutes late and what he had caused he said verbatim “oh it’s ok I’ll just cancel the ride” and hung up. Terrible service.
H	Hilton Janfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly professional and courteous drivers. I may not get cut off often on my oversized, hard-to-stop work van, but when I do, it's a Kelowna Cab. Tonight was particularly interesting as a Kelowna Cab passed me (admittedly going about 75) like I am standing still in a 60 zone, in a fog, at night, in black ice conditions, with NO LIGHTS ON. True professional. At least he didn't cut me off!
C	Chris Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dentist appointment and my car was in the shop for repairs, so I needed a cab. I called at noon to order a ride for 3:30. The cab showed up at house ten minutes later. I told the driver that I ordered the cab for 3:30, not noon. The driver apologized and said that they'd send another one out for that time. Fast forward to 3:45 and there is nobody at my house. I called Kelowna Cabs to follow up. After nearly ten minutes on hold, I find out that my first cab was cancelled after the original driver showed up at the wrong time. They tell me that a cab can't pick me up until 4:15, causing me to be late for my dentist appointment. I call my dentist to reschedule, since I will now be late and I'm informed that I will have a $95 cancellation charge for cancelling my dentist last minute?? None of this would have happened if my cab would have shown up on time, or if the original driver would have rescheduled my cab. VERY unpleasant experience and I will not be using them again, and will be advising friends and family against them.

I've used this can company a handful of times and they have great prices, they're always super quick, it's easy to book with and the taxi drivers are wonderful and friendly. I was using current taxi that provides Tesla's but the efficiency of Kelowna cabs I feel is just unbeatable. I definitely recommend this company to anyone, in my experience it is the best in Kelowna! 10/10!
