★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked with Upper End online a couple of weeks before we arrived, called the company the morning of to confirm and Jason was great! He had an suv pick us up right on time! Our driver Susan was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, talkative and so down to earth! She made sure we had the best experience on every winery and took pictures of us the whole time. We even finished earlier than expected and she took us to another TWO wineries that were not even part of the tour. Thank you Susan for your great customer service and Upper End Wine tours for making my boyfriend and I feel like royalty for the day!!

Not only did he drag us around and put up with our wine giggles, he made an extra drop off for a friend and swung by a cheese store on our way home for us. Professional, kind, full of value. Thanks to Jason and Steven, we appreciated the well planned and executed day.
