It is so rare that the service exceeds the expectations by that much:
We ordered an aerial survey of a steep and complicated 8 acres parcel located over the Kal Lake. David offered a small discount to satisfy my bargaining spirit, then proceeded to the site within a week, as promised. He generously surveyed not only the parcel itself, but parts of adjacent land as well, to give a better feel for the rocky terrain around.
As a surprise bonus, we also got large cache of aerial photos and 2 high-resolution videos of the land panning from south to north and then in reverse.
Wow, wow, wow.
I would use him in a heartbeat again. Highly recommended professional!
