We needed a plumber with a drain scope in the middle of a renovation project that had not been anticipated. Stu from Living Water was at our house in under two hours with equipment that dazzled the contractors on site. He was able to verify what we needed to know in a matter of minutes. Working with living water started out good, my furnace broke down during the height of the heat dome in Kelowna. I called Living Water at 7:30am and they sent their guy out by 10am to handle my furnace repair. The service for this initial call was good, so I hired them to replace the hot water and to remove the poly B piping in my home. The 2 guys that came to do the Poly B were great to work with. But after the Poly B was done things went sideways. It took at least a week to install my new hot water system, so we had no hot water for a week. Once the tankless water heater was installed, it was not setup properly and took me some time to figure out how to get the recirculation pump to run properly. The water system requires an outlet in close proximity, because they could find a outlet in the utility room, they ran extension cord out the utility room, across the hallway and into the laundry room (There was an outlet in the ceiling of the utility room). And we discovered that the new furnace never had a filter put in at the time of the furnace installation. There were a number of filters in the utility room that could have been used. I had to call them back to clean up the pieces of pipe and garbage that was left behind, and even after that there was still pipe and garbage left in the utility room. We had a new tub installed and and the shower head was installed too low, but because we had already tiled the wall, we had to settle for a shower head extender to get it to a somewhat usable height. Now 4 months later we discover that the tub drain was not installed properly and has been leaking from the overflow. Leaking water into the ceilings of the 2 floors below. Unfortunately, after the experience I’ve had, I cannot recommend Living Water Mechanical.

One of the most professional companies I have dealt with, the owner literally was on a date with his wife, came in after hours with her and worked in -15 to get the job done. They were here till 11pm. Very professional and the nicest people.

Living Water was recommended to me after I had contacted and failed to book other companies for a hot water tank change and new gas line installation for a gas stove. I wish I would have just reached out to them first! Stu and his team were very professional, reasonably priced and really went out of there way to prioritize the installations as I was without hot water or a working stove. Great company. Living water installed a furnace and ac for me last week, my first time working with them. They do quality work at a fair price, and were quick to respond to my questions and requests before setting up our appointment and coming in. The guys are professional and focused on the job.
