He has helped me for the last 6 years in my commercial office space and ALWAYS is able to diagnose the issue and treat it quickly. It is so rare to meet someone who is truly gifted at their craft and he is by far the BEST at what he does. He is ethical, fair, honest and extremely knowledgable. I trust him completely with my office and home and I am so happy to share his name with all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thane Navrot is a true professional and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend Thane for your project. I had the privilege of working with Thane when he headed up a project to replace and repair the Air conditioning at the financial institution where I work. He was through it communicating what was going to de done and what his access to the branch would be. He showed up on time for every booked date and was done by the planned time. This was very important as I was coming in on Saturdays on my day off to accommodate having the work done.
Thane also repaired my air conditioning unit at my home. I had asked his opinion about the quotes he had received from 2 companies and the diagnosis. He offered to drop by and take a look. In 3 hours he had it fixed. I mention this as the other 2 quotes said the unit needed to be replaced and costs had been estimated from 2000 to 5000.
If you are looking for a company with integrity, a true depth of knowledge and professionalism Fixit thermodynamics is the one you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find Thane to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient! He has been servicing our furnace and fireplace for a few years now and he helped fix a very noisy furnace blower motor a couple times (older furnace) and immediately noticed issues that one other local company that I used to use for servicing (prior to learning about him) didn't bother to mention or recommend it be fixed. He's honest, works hard, and he follows up with me via phone or text and email to make sure things are running smoothly. Our local art studios also use Thanes services and he solved a heating inefficiency issue for our studios when an old wall mount heater/ac unit died. Wonderful service! I highly recommend Thane!

We recently completed some work in Kelowna, and being from Alberta we needed a trustworthy vendor to help us with our HVAC unit commissioning while we were off site. Fix it was very thorough and even helped identify and repair some out of scope deficiencies. Highly recommended!
