★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for about three years, and recently had, hands-down, the worst retail customer experience since I moved to Kelowna.
I dropped in to the store to pick up some tabletop display stands, which I needed for an event that evening. There were about a dozen on the shelf, and took them all to the counter. The cashier rang them in, and then informed me, without a hint of regret, that I could not buy them.
Apparently someone had purchased them overnight.
A few things wrong with this: 1) They should have been removed from the shelves first thing in the morning. 2) When I asked if they had any more, the cashier said no 3) When I asked when you expect to have more in stock, she said 3 weeks 4) When I asked what else she could do, she replied 'Nothing'. Through it all, the cashier was snarky and borderline hostile over it. I left furious over the experience, and will never shop there again. I hope the company reads this, and makes some logistic and personnel changes so this won't happen to another customer. Good riddance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very incompetent and irresponsive service! Frustrating to have not even get a response let go a follow up to emails, messages. Called the accounts department last week after NEVER EVER hearing back from our rep to follow up on an order and the lady hung up abruptly! I don't think a lot of restaurants are ordering right now and Pandemic is NOT an excuse for shoddy service!! You owe us credit and if that is the reason behind all this then nothing more unprofessional, we'll never go your way but to suppliers in lower mainland for our future business requirements!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for bagel pans, to make gluten free ,vegan bagels. After the old online trek and calls to Vancouver based bakery, restaurant equipment supply stores,nothing. I had called Canadian Restaurant Supply and after an online search by them Walmart online seemed to be the place to go. On a trip To Kelowna I stopped at Canadian restaurant supply just to have a look. I bought stuff there before good store. I was asked right away by Bonnie if I needed help. I told her my story, she offered to search online,but I already was there. She then suggested another shop to try” it’s worth a shot they have a lot of different stuff”. BANG. Bagel Pans top quality, great price. The Bagels are now being severed at eat good market in Vernon. They will be coming to Kelowna soon Thanks Bonnie
