C	Cort on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a particularly fun place to call to set up pickups. They laughed at me when I was explaining receiving and shipping hours once. A dispatch person also hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to tell her, “Have a nice day.”
N	Nathan McLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a call before an important delivery so I could ensure someone would be available to receive. I made it clear that it was a time sensitive delivery. The driver failed to call and I did not receive shipment on time. When I called the office in Kelowna to find out why the driver failed to call and how I could prevent this from happening in the future, I was greeted by a rude woman who seemed upset and/or frazzled. When I tried to explain the importance of locating the package and ask about how I was going to receive it, she told me "not to get revved up" and put me on hold. Then I was transferred to a manager who didn't know anything about the situation. When I attempted to express my displeasure with how VanKam was handling the situation, the manager proceeded to lecture me on how I should behave on the phone. Obviously, I would not recommend Kelowna VanKam for any kind of quality service.
E	Enrique Avidal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van Kam regularly misses pickups, and doesn't notify of schedule changes. Rarely will they pick up on time. Of all LTL freight companies I work with, these guys are by far the worst. If you want freight picked up and delivered on time, Do not use Van Kam.

In my opinion also any drivers out there looking for work I wouldn't go here to be disrespected when there are so many better companies out there that would deserve you more!!

I needed a skid delivered to Vancouver Island in two days, which I was told wasn't a problem. First the pick up didn't happen because the driver said he'd been knocking for 15 mins, overhead doors were open so he obviously hadn't even turned up for the pickup. We drove the skid ourselves to Kelowna from Penticton. Then once on the Island it got delivered a day late. No apologies, just excuses and no offer of any refund for the inconvenience of us doing some of the running around. Initially Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately didn't get to speak with him again. 4 stars for his help though.
