★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this horrible company zero stars I would. I trusted them with my tool boxes to be moved from one city to another. Not only did they damage the exterior and interior of my tool boxes they denied any wrong doing. Despite me having pictures of before and after delivery of the damages, they basically said "go eff yourself". Apparently all liability lies with the person that hired these fools to ship the product. I was told I had to package my tool boxes because they wouldn't do it themselves even if I paid extra. Now they say because I packed them myself it's my responsibility for their safe keeping while in transit. I will definitely be telling all of my friends to avoid this company like the plague. Horrible customer service and even worse shipping times.
