★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had regular maintenance with Comfort Tech on my gas heating equipment and air conditioner for 7 years. I have always found the staff courteous, friendly, responsive and professional. I upgraded my furnace this week and would like to mention the team sent out to do the installation. Max, Dixon, Andre and Jason are just another example of the excellent staff working for Comfort Tech. They were hard working, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Nathan and Nick who are also staff members were excellent earlier in the week during consults. I will always recommend Comfort Tech.

Finally, the field installation crew was great - they took great care on the installation and the cleanliness of the work. Everything was tidy at the end of each day. Thanks for a great, painless job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sold on a service contract with Comfort Tech back in May when they came to service our AC and to my surprise our furnace as well! I am grateful I have the service as otherwise I likely would have forgotten to do this one. The service contact is definitely the way to go! One of my neighbours even flagged down my tech as he was leaving for help at his place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used comfort tech heating & cooling multiple times for both maintenance and then for a heat pump/ furnace install. Between the quote given and installation, there was only a 2 week wait, which was amazing! When they came to do the install, they were very professional and efficient. They works incredible hard during both days and were able to fix the ducts, reroute exhaust, and install both a furnace and heat pump in 2 days. Thanks for the great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morgan was our tech on both trips and he was so friendly and informative. He serviced our furnace the first trip out and explained that our pressure switch had died out and we needed a new one, he let me know it was safe to run the furnace still and that he would have the part ordered right away. The next visit he came back and cleaned up all the parts and small pieces when he changed the switch and the furnace has been running smoothly with no issues. He even went above and beyond to help us get our thermostat set so we can have our fan run through the summer as we don't have central air in our house. I can't say better things about Morgans service from start to finish, I have since recommended Comfort Tech to friends and family for any service needs. We will be using them for any future services.

They were more than professional on every level and looked after all needs and questions I had regarding installation of my new furnace, UV light, Thermostat, and air-conditioner. Everything was accomplished in a very timely matter, and they left the place spotless. I would very highly recommend them... they truly were the best!

Nick was our Advisor and help us make the right choice Our session was very educational and helpful. No pressure at all. Mat did the necessary assessments and again talked to us about our needs. Mat, Braden and Chad did the installation and we were very happy with all that they did.Can’t forget Jason - very effective and patient.
It has been a great experience working with everyone and we appreciate their knowledge, patience and professionalism. Shout out to Taylor in the office as well. She was so responsive and helpful!She went above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My tech, David, and his apprentice I assume, were great. David was knowledgeable and worked with me. He made me feel confident in his work.
? unfortunately, the corporate culture leaves a lot to be desired. Used a lame excuse to exclude my service from their home plan. NO cooperation asking for a detailed quote and information to replace a hot water heater, just a huge $$ amount, you don't need to know the details response.
