My family and me are grateful for this kind of service saving us time and frustration. Dom-Tech is a wonderful community business and resource.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike and Dom-Tech were excellent. Fast and efficient on a washing machine repair. Less than the quote. Part cost was less than anywhere else. Turns out Mike is a local guy - found him honest and friendly. Will recommend to everyone. PS .. his service call and parts were less than 50% competitors quotes. Won't mention any names.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are good. Our dishwasher stopped draining on Saturday. I sent Dom-Tech an email on Sunday. At 7.21am Monday Jean sent an email saying a techie would call. By 11am Monday they arrived and by 12 noon the pump was repaired. Brandon was professional, polite and prompt and charged just a call-out fee and a half-hour labour. I highly recommend Dom-Tech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard nothing but great things about Dom-Tech's services but today they lived up to all the reviews. I called in first thing this morning for a dryer repair. I was told it might be towards the end of the week. Not only did they get someone out today but they had parts available when the technician arrived and got it all done at a reasonable price. The technician, Brandon, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He finished the job efficiently and took great care to clean up after the repairs. I highly recommend Brandon and Dom-Tech. It was a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GET AN ESTIMATE IN WRITING FROM THIS COMPANY. The dishwasher in our rental unit had stopped working so we contacted Dom-Tech to have it repaired. The repairman arrived promptly and explained that the dishwasher would need to be replaced. I asked him for an estimate including the current call-out and diagnosis. I was given a verbal estimate of $180 with all things considered, he added that an adapter part may be required but that won't change the price by much. I decided that this price was fair enough that I wouldn't pursue any other estimates. Unfortunately when I received the invoice it came to $310 (72% over the estimate) I understand that estimates are rarely accurate but 72%? So I contacted the manager via email and explained the issue. He replied explaining that I had misunderstood the repairman's estimate and that he had only estimated a portion of the job when I had specifically asked to estimate the entire job including the call-out, and the removal/disposal of the broken dishwasher. I paid the bill and concluded that I had been misled by this company...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching around for local companies that would service my particular brand of dryer on short notice, I thankfully stumbled upon Dom-Tech. After describing the issue briefly over the phone, I was able to get a technician in the very next day despite them being fully booked for the entire week. Not only did Ken complete both the assessment and repair in just half an hour, he came prepared with the replacement part for what was assumed to be the problem in an effort to keep the hours as low as possible. He also gave me many tips on maintaining my other appliances to prevent common issues. I will be using their services again and recommending to everyone! Thank you!
