After having a repairman from a different company tell me the problem was the lines going into the washing machine and there was nothing to fix in my machine, I paid the bill and still had no hot water in the washer. When Darryl looked at the washer, he knew what the issue was right away and fixed it in a couple of minutes. I will call him again for any appliance issues.

I had someone from another company making me promises for over three weeks and never coming through and that was after phoning two other companies that wouldn't even help me. While at a service call on another job, he quickly made suggestion as to the problem, a need for parts. He gave me Christina of Canadian Appliance Parts number. After some discussion she gave a few suggestions, which ultimately led us to the problem. In the end, neither of them got a sale as we fixed it ourselves, but had I not called it would have cost me hundred's of dollars, that at this time I couldn't afford. Really appreciated the customer service that was above and beyond.

After asking me a few questions, she gave me a few very clear suggestions on how I might resolve a problem with my fridge. If it doesn't work, then a repairman will be out in a few days. I learned a lot. Problem fixed or not (yet), I am very impressed. Colleen was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
