★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here out of desperation for my long haired cat. Customer service is lacking, was approached by two people and both were not very friendly. They had my cat for 3.5 hours for a basic lion shave and was told that they over booked their day, so I was not able to get a clear answer as to when I would be able to retrieve my cat. Cost was above the average for cat grooming in the Okanagan, and was charged extra for mat removal around her legs, which wouldn't have bothered me if the customer service was decent. The actual cut is fine, but her tail still has mats and knots in it? It's a rare day for me to leave a negative review, but this was not a positive experience. Will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have gone here a few times to have my dog's nails trimmed/filed.
the service is basic, but adequate. the nail job always gets done fairly promptly even without an appointment, and the price, $10, is pretty reasonable in my opinion.
my biggest gripe though is the unpredictable hours. it's always a gamble as to weather they will actually be open or not. even after calling in the AM to get their hours one morning, it was closed up when i went over a few hours later. very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my two little dogs to this place today and was very impressed! They both looked amazing, smelled great and the price was good! after having bad experiences with previous groomers I was not sure how they would be but when I picked them up they were happy and even took dog treats from her which is very rare for my one to take anything from someone he doesn't know, I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been taking our dogs here for around 15 years now ! I love that they know what they are doing when it comes to the different breeds and the different cuts that go with each different breed. Our pets have always come back looking great and feeling calm. It's hard to find a good groomer who does and all around great job and that you trust with your beloved little friend. I always come back here because I trust they will take care of my pups needs and do a great job on the grooming. I've been to a couple different places too and this by far is the best! I now live on the cost but when we come to visit family In kelowna I still take our pup here.
Thanks so much to Chris who has taken such great care of our four legged friends !
