★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good shop for pet supplies in a central location. Friendly staff and very supportive of the local cat shelter and Dogs Life helping with the adoption of their charges to new, safe forever homes. I should note that both local pet shops are very supportive of this initiative.
They are always fully stocked with a wide variety of choices of supplies for your fur babies.

Very shocked with the customer service. I normally get to a Pet Valu and have to fight the staff back with a broom as they are always so eager to help and provide such great service. This place - not so much. Was haughtily told go keep my dog away from the till as there was a service dog behind the counter (fine - not great delivery, but fine). Then when I replied and began to ask when I can find xxx product. I never actually got a chance to finish my ask as she turned away from me and went back to the booklet /paper on the table.
