★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. I got my rabbit from here and I still get her food and hay here. They also have a good selection of specialty dog food and treats for my Mom's diabetic dog. The staff always have knowledgeable recommendations.

This is frustrating when I have purchased the same items in the past but they don’t seem to know anything about them. I prefer to shop and support local businesses but I have stopped shopping here for this reason.

The young ladies that work in there are fabulous. They are knowledgeable, they are welcoming and they have such beautiful personalities. I will be shopping there regularly. Thank you young ladies for the warm welcome to Prince George. Wish I had asked both your names so I could write it here.

BEWARE of the Vet side since Dr Steel and Dr F retired. They almost talked me into an operation to cut out cancer in my puppy, thank God I went for a second opinion with Dr. B at College Heights vets. He sent me to a specialist who told me if I had gone through with the surgery when Ospica Vets had wanted my puppy would have died within a couple of months. So with help from the specialist and Dr. B our puppy lived another 4.5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is terrible. There are much better pet stores in Prince George. Unless you really need to come to this one, make sure you know exactly what you need and don't be surprised if the service you get is terrible.
