Shop there quite a bit but the elderly lady at the til has no people skills. Always seems grumpy. Could be the manager.

When I first walked into the store I was rudely greated by the elderly cashier. As my daughter and I walked down an isle I forgot something up at the front and over heard that same cashier slandering my daughter behind her back with no regards to who was around to hear. I definitely will not be giving this store my business due to the fact that cashier has extremely poor customer service.

Took my dog to the Groomer there. Nail trim and a bath! She looked and smelt great! Will be back!

Wait 3 days for them to take something down from a shelf in the back being told each day someone will be in tomorrow. No thanks. They actively didnt want me to give them money.

I bought 28 barbs from Prince George Petsmart on 26th of March, 4 of them where Tinfoil barbs those will grown to 13 inches considering others I found out that’s not suitable to live with the others, I went to Prince George store on 12th April and requested the teller That I need to return them. The teller said as it passed 14 days Windows the people there that day can’t assist but some one from the managers will be there next days will definitely assist and they were good guys. But Today I saw those good guys. The teller called someone and he said he can’t do anything on it as it passed 14 days, Then I told them I don’t need a refund or exchange and please take them back and give them to someone. Then he said me to take to another store named Petland that they may take it. This made me frustrated and I told them I am leaving the fish in the counter. Then the guy I don’t know who the good guy the authorized personal told me not to come back to the store again. Hoping this is the best way someone can treat its customers. Let them learn from there mistakes or they have to close their doors in the near future.

One of the staff was so helpful and so pleasant to us, the other girl snapped at us that she was going on break and to find someone else. I will definitely look for the nice girl 1st next time...she made the trip worth it. Clean store and good selection...one staff won't stop me from going there...
