β β β β β Really friendly helpful staff and the dogwash area was clean, I just wish the dryers blew even slightly warm air! The air was freezing, not comfortable for either me or my dog! Also, kinda weird that they have the store cat next to the dog wash, even if the cat is ok with dogs surely it's just going to torment the dogs, who are probably already being a handful cos they're having a bath! ??ββοΈ

The experience was great and owners are awesome.

β β β β β All the employees at this store are so amazing. Cam in particular took the time to notice my urgency when I rushed to their store on remembrance day to get a more comfortable cone for my GSD puppy after getting him fixed. They hadn't quite opened for the day but instead of turning me away he came out of the store to let me know they'd see me early because it looked like I needed it. He helped me pick out the appropriate product and was very friendly and informative. I will return here and give them more business based on this interaction alone! Keep it up guys!

β β β β β Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. I was looking for a specific brand of dog food and their other branch asked the staff to put one aside for me, the next I went and the package was ready for me. They have a great selection of everything! Also they have a big dog wash area.
