★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have had good service, but they could really improve their phone etiquette. Choose wording wisely and tone. Felt like I was being bothersome by being asked "yes, why?" in an abrupt tone. Better phrases would have been "yes, how can we help you?" "yes, is there something we can do?" soured my experience with them and I did call back to let them know I would be writing a negative review and she became a little argumentative. Will not be shopping there.
