★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad experienced purchasing our dining set to this place. Last boxing day we purchased dining set but during that time they don't have stocks in store so they told us that it's going to be delivered around February which we agreed, but February came and even March until this first week of April that dining set didn't show up on our doorstep. I received a voice mail second week of February that it should be coming by second week of Feb or first week of March so we waited and waited but nothing happened. We decided to go to the store to follow up and they said end of March and we waited and nothing happened again. So we came back to store first week of April to follow up again but they couldn't give us the right answers. This Place don't have their word of honour. What a disgrace and disappointment. If there is a negative star to rate them I would definitely give them a -10. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I were getting our first couch together for our apartment and we found exactly what we had been hoping for. Robbe was such a great help and gave us incredible service.
One of my cards was newer and it ended up declining, so we needed to go through a whole ordeal to pay for the couch. But Robbe was extraordinarily patient and kind during the entire process. Truly, cannot recommend him enough.

He gave us a ton of space to make a decision and made our furniture shopping experience pleasurable. We will be buying more furniture from him in the future! Thanks Tom

Tom H. was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products, listened to our needs and concerns, and made us feel genuinely appreciated from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Tom has called in regards to a shipping oops and kept me well informed and at ease that I am taken care of. I very highly recommend Tom and The Brick here in Prince George, I very much look forward to doing more business in the future.

Reshma offered us amazing customer service and able to help us save quite a lot with coordinating around the Brick's sales. Nikita and Juanita were also fantastic and stayed after hours to help us sort through our order. Highly recommend shopping at the Brick in PG based on the great customer service we experienced with these exceptional ladies. Will definitely be coming back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After shopping around for all my appliances for a complete kitchen Reno Tom H at our local brick store was very helpful .. he was able to get all the things we wanted and for the best prices as well. He was very helpful with all the information on product details as well as warranties . We were so happy with the services that 2 weeks later we went back to the same person to purchase new furniture for our wreck room. We will most likely be dealing with them for anything else in the future
