★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I have had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. We went in to order a coffee table. We had seen the coffee table about a week before we had made our final decision to go and purchase it. The price on the table was very reasonable but when we got to the store, they had increased the price $200. Luckily, they willingly sold us the coffee table for the price we had saw .... BUT only if we bought the matching side table as well. The man we were speaking to was very rude and very arrogant, but we tried to ignore it as we really wanted the table. We paid for the table and they told us it would be in the middle of the coming week which worked perfectly for us to pick up. The day came and went and we still had no call to get our table. We went in and they told us the truck was one week delayed but they would now deliver and assemble it for us.
We finally got the table a week later, but it was damaged. We called very frustrated, and they told us they would come exchange it but refused to assemble it for us.
(Side note: we also wanted a dining table but ended up buying the exact same one at Bi-Rite for hundreds of dollars cheaper).
Save yourself the headache and don't buy from Ashley Furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley has been a pain to deal with from the beginning. We’ve been trying to order in a sectional and both my gf and her dad have been treated poorly through the whole process. The item we ordered was originally only supposed to take a couple weeks and its been delayed 3-4 times. We still don't have our couch nor do we know for sure when it will be in. If we had a choice, we would cancel the order all together but unfortunately we want this particular couch. If you want good service and honest information I recommend going elsewhere.

From start to finish we felt taken care of without pressure and we were pleased with the experience. With their help and guidance we were able to find the perfect table and accessory that we didn't even consider to make our living room perfect. Nice job Ashley HomeStore team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve bought both a bedroom set and a dining set at Ashley so far, and both times the service has been excellent! Though our bedroom set took months to arrive due to Covid, the sales people were always helpful with information when we called. When it did arrive, there were two pieces that had some minor damage from shipping, and the Ashley delivery drivers came right back out and swapped out the pieces with replacements at no charge. They also have a great selection if you’re looking for longer lasting furniture.

We decided to go back because they are one of the only places in town with furniture in stock and the last piece of budget furniture actually held up better than I expected. This time around we had another bad experience, customer service was appalling, and the furniture didn't hold up this time...
