Last sept we bought a table set and 3 piece couch set from factory direct. The table top was damaged at factory so when delivery fellows unpacked it , I was given a replacement top a week later. As for the couch set, we noticed long random threads here and there on all 3 pieces. We thought they were from assembly process and snipped off. It was fall and getting darker so it wasnt u until spring when the sun hit the recliner thought I noticed a large patch of knotted threads on the seat. I contacted the company and sent photos but due to we had a delay in getting it serviced. It was returned 2 oz the same day it was picked up with just the thread snipped off which now revealed the backing fabric in two lines. A day and a half later it turned back into amass of threads and I had told them I wasn't happy with just a snipping off threads as a fix. We took the chair back to the store and ask to see the manager where we must have met up with the owner who was extremely rude. He basically said there was nothing that could be done to fix it outside of what had already been done then accused us pulling and causing the damage that was now apparent, then he blames the dog and on top of that said it was a type of clothing that we were wearing that was causing the damage and pointed to my husband's jeans as case in point. He accused us of being rude when we raised our voices to try to get him to listen to what we were trying to say but he kept cutting us off saying that we were just trying to weasel out a new set of furniture from him and that that was not going to happen. He refuses to honour the warranty that we paid an extra $400 for. I wish I had checked the reviews before I went to the store because it sounds like this happens to many many people and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone I know stays away from shopping at this store Dispute was resolved aug 8 2020

Terrible experience with this store. We bought a bunk bed and a dining table set. Bunk bed was missing some bolts and the dining table had damage. It was replaced the day after but the replacement still has defects! Talked to the manager and owner who both treated us rudely. Will advise against purchasing from them if you don't want to have such bad experience.

Bought furnitures to this store to my belief that I could save but it turns out to be the worst experience. Received my furniture with damages and like an ordinary buyer in an ordinary situation, I ask for replacement and this where everything started to get FDF (Factory Defects Furniture). Before they replace it, the owner/manager I believed "as confirmed by delivery guys " disrespectfully made a call to my wife asking who open the box and put the blame on us and made us wait the whole afternoon only to tell us that the replacement will be done the following day. The item was delivered but again there is a damage and they were asking me what do I want on my furniture and I said I definitely need a replacement just like any other customer will do if they buy a brand new ones. Waited a few minutes for their respond and received a call this time from their saleslady which I thought will just be informing us when they will replace the furniture but instead the call was made just to insist that the damage happen on the 1st delivery was our fault. The saleslady then turns into a some kind of a forensic expert and even accused me of lying and made her own version of how she think I exactly open the box which she believes causes it to break. She told me that it's truly is my fault because she ask the delivery guys personally over the phone to check the furniture prior to delivery. The sales lady deliberately used the phrase"let's try to be honest here" putting conclusion that it is my fault. If their delivery guys surely check the item before delivery, then why do they missed the damaged on their second delivery. I wish I read all the reviews 1st before buying anything from this store. I ended up just accepting the defects on the product i just ordered to minimize the bad experience its not worth it to communicate with these people. I dont have pictures because I was buying and communicating in good faith and that there is no problem asking for a replacement that we deserve.

Worst experience, I have paid for 4 double beds but it's coming to 3rd months without delivery. They told me it will take 6month when i complained and yet at the time of payment they assured me that my delivery would be made on the date I needed my beds which was in 3weeks, has anyone gone through this? Am so disappointed with this company.

Buyer beware. We purchased a couch and love seat and we Purchased the 5 year warranty to cover our furniture. Within the first 30 days the couch’s recliner mechanism wouldn’t work. We called and they said they would fix it (as they should if there is a problem with the first 30 days). When the guys came to repair it he was rude and did a quick fix that didn’t work. I called the store again and they said they would come and pick it up to repair it properly. When they were moving it out of the house the couch literally broke into 3 pieces. I was shocked as they had done more damage to the couch than we were asking them to repair. They brought the couch back but it has always felt flimsy. Then 3 years later the leather is severely peeling and so I sent them an email and called them to use our warranty that we paid over $500 for. They said the warranty is only good for one claim and that we already used it. They wouldn’t be helping us. I was shocked. It doesn’t state anywhere it was a one time warranty. Please be cautious when making any purchase with this company. Their customer service was incredibly rude and when I asked to speak with a manager I never heard back. It has been over a year and I have yet to hear from the manager. If I could give zero stars I would have. So disappointed, I would never purchase anything from this company again.

we bought a 3 piece living room set from Factory Direct. It didn't last a year. We gave the couch away, the springs came out and the cushions sunk in. I will never buy from here again. We've called, stopped in, there was no apology, refund, replacement, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, the return policy is obsolete and they do not care

My parents (over 60) purchased a sofa, love seat and chair, all with power recline and USB charging ports. The loveseat quit reclining, and charging ports won't work. Thre is power going to the furniture, but the switches aren't working. My parents purchased the extended warranty, and filled out all the paperwork to get it fixed. 2 months later, the warranty outfit wants the EXACT information we already sent. They also included in the letter that you only have 30 days from your initial application for warranty work. I don't recommend purchasing the warranty, it is useless and just a money grab.

Recently purchased a king sized mattress and frame combo. 4 of 10 wooden slats in frame wasn't good. Store immediately replaced at no charge!!! Talk about prompt service Wasn't the stores fault but the manufacturer's. Also purchased a huge dining room table that seats 10 comfortably that we are still enjoying
