★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone was water damaged a while ago and I called this place to inform them of what was wrong with my phone. They not only offered a better price for a new screen than the base price, but explained to me the different screen options and how they differ and which one I would like. When they were done fixing it in minimal time, they tried on many screen protectors and sadly wasted a few until they found one that fit and gave one to me free of charge. This place has excellent service and are very patient and flexible people, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a simple broken screen fix and when I got it back for some random reason it wouldn't boot. Turns out it was a faulty charging port connection that went bad at the wrong time. But they were great about it, they stayed with me all day to figure out what was wrong and to fix it for me at no extra charge. I really felt important with their attention to help me and I feel like they really care about their customers. Thanks guys my phone works great now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very appreciate of Dave. I broke my phone screen and have never done anything like that before. Phone was unresponsive so from my perspective it seemed like my phone was totally broken. Brought it in Thursday and he was able to fix it later that day. It was during the week of the flooding around BC and nobody had any Samsung A51 screens at all, anywhere. Dave did me a solid and got me a screen replacement. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have butter fingers. Broke my motorola one action screen so badly the phone won't even work anymore. Went to FMP cell repair. It took 3-4 weeks for them to get the parts as they didn't have the parts on hand. When they finally returned the phone to me, it was good as new. Have been using it for two weeks since it got fixed. No issues at all. I don't know what a reasonable price for a phone repair looks like, so can't comment on that. It cost me $165 to repair the screen. The new phone would have cost $300. Its a win win for me. I highly recommend this place. They have excellent customer service. If I ever damage my phone again (I hope not lol), I will be back to FMP.
